Our mission at The Mill is to enhance and enrich the lives of members of our local community through fitness & well being, whilst promoting a healthy body and mind. Our mission is to give you, our members, the best possible experience each and every time you visit the Fitness Suite, an experience that lifts your spirits and helps to promote an emotional high. Whether you are here for a gym session, studio class, personal training session, sauna session, to relax over a drink in our lovely sports bar or just to say hello, you are our focus 100% of the time.

Membership Packages and Payment Schemes

Through our membership packages and payment schemes we hope to provide something to suit everyone. We also provide discounted rates to immediate family members wishing to use other park facilities so that our gym is not just your average gym, but a place where the whole family can enjoy a day out together. With childrens' dance classes on a Sunday mornings, why not kick back with a coffee in the sports bar whilst waiting for your child, or alternatively take your other children for a swim in our lovely heated indoor pool. Alternatively if you don't have other children to occupy, why not have a session in one of our saunas, helping you to fully relax with some peaceful 'you' time.
